This page explains how your order is delivered: where it ships from, what delivery costs, how long it takes and where we deliver. The options and the exact cost for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.
The delivery costs below are the ones set out in the shop's own contract terms.
Where your order ships from
We keep no warehouse and no stock in Finland. Every item is ordered from our suppliers in Bulgaria after you place your order, and sent on to you once it reaches us. Allow 8–12 days from order to delivery.
This is a deliberate choice and one of the ways we keep prices down. With no warehouse there is no storage cost and no unsold stock to write off, so there is no markup covering either — that saving goes into the shelf price. What you accept in return is a 8–12 day delivery instead of next-day.
Delivery methods
Choose the delivery option that suits you:
- Saturday — home delivery to your address
- Parcel locker — not offered at the moment
- Sunday — pick-up in Matinkylä
Shipping costs
For orders up to €98 the delivery fee is €17, and orders over €98 are delivered free of charge.

Delivery times
Because every item is ordered from Bulgaria after you order, allow 8–12 days from order to delivery. That covers sourcing, dispatch and transport; the delivery method you pick at checkout does not change it materially. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We reserve the right to change delivery dates and days due to circumstances beyond our control.
Where we deliver
We deliver to home addresses in Espoo, Helsinki, Kirkkonummi and Vantaa. The archipelago is not served.
If your address falls outside that area, delivery is still possible via PostNord. Additional fees may apply.
Pickup
The Matinkylä pick-up point is in Espoo, in the same place where Bulgarian children learn Bulgarian language, history and culture. You collect your order from the school's car park at an agreed time.
